There are many earthly creatures ofcourse, but I think you mean beings from other plantets, and I think in that area, we have barely scratched the surface of outer space exploration,
so it would be presumptuous of us to say there isn't, because In the whole spectrum of things, why would humans be the only creatures?

To be brief and broad, every single living thing is an organism (not a creature). Organism is a more biological and serious term used to describe every single thing that lives and breathes.

I see dogs and cats every day. They are creatures, but they are not human. So yes, I think creatures, such as dogs and cats, exist that are non-human.
