I recently asked about how to get a child taken from his/her parent. It's been pending for about a week. Is there anyway to speed up the process?
The woman has been vandalising (sp) her old house and its my dad's property. My dad is pressing charges and if she goes to jail it'll be better to have her kids somewhere safe.
I want her kids taken NOW and I want her in jail!!!!!!! How come the police won't just pick her up? They know where she is and we have proof that she did the vandalising!

who the HELL are YOU to decide her kids should be taken ?? SHE HAS FAMILY who will probably take those kids......CPS is NOT all that !!
FOSTER CARE, etc....take all funds from state, they get 11 to 16 dollars a day per child to BREAK UP FAMILIES !! It is FAR FAR worse to have children in foster care than a mother on welfare !! IT steals the taxpayers dollars to divide broken families instead of helping to repair them.

#1 They have to determine for them selves whether she's the vandal or not. #2 They have to determine whether the alleged crime is severe enough to warrant arrest and removal of the children. # 3 Who died and crowned you mother superior? What do you have against this woman that makes you want HER kids so bad? And why should you be the one to get them when I'm sure she has family who will be more than sufficient for the job. Did she "steal" you man? You just sound really bitter to me! And for some one who professes to be so concerned with the welfare of these children, you sure seem to have no quams with traumatizing them by having their mom carted away in handcuffs. What's more, your doing this all, not because of abuse or neglect, but petty vandalism. If you get your wish, I hope it was the right thing!

Ever here of "due process"? If she appears to be a threat/does anything to her kids, they will surely pick her up and take her to jail. But you don't go straight to jail for vandalising property, you go to court, you get tried, you get sentenced.

You can always file a suit in civil court to get her to stop vandalizing, and to recover your losses.
And if the police are not acting after you have sworn an official complaint and provided proof of vandalism, then you can go over their heads within the police hierarchy, or complain to the district attorney's office.
But what happens to her kids is not up to you.

you have to have hard evidence..proof..get her on video vandalizing the property..or if you catch her..put her under citizens arrest..or call the cops while its in progress...or maybe if your lucky..the police will catch her..
police cant just arrest someone on the basis that you SAY she is doing this..
