I've become a "get through this day" person, but not by my own choice. I would *much* rather be a planner...I do so much better when I have the structure and have *something* to look forward to, and some hope for the future.

I guess I am just a control freak that way...I'd much rather make the plans, and then modify or drop them as needed, than be forced into a situation where *nothing I try to plan ever works*, so I have to just "get by". I'd rather have the Locus of Control reside with me, and *have* some say over my life and destiny. Not having that control just isn't healthy for me, or really for *anyone*.

I hope this helps, and thanks for your time! ^_^

I am a bit of both at least I think I am . I try to face the challenges as they come and when the day is half over I am already planning for the next project or activities that lie ahead. My mind tries to examine what is happening in the day and if it does not see any issues on the horizon that could be fatal, it files the day away as being complete and moves on .

I'm neither. Whatever happens, happens. I might make plans for the day, or if something is coming up, the next week. Mostly I just wake up and move as fluidly as possible. Right now i'm in pajamas but in the next ten minutes I could be ready to go rollerblading or shopping. Or I could be in my pajamas all day. Doesn't matter. I'm happy no matter what

I go through life day by day. I find if I plan to far in advance something always happens.
