Ummm okay I looked it up on urbandictionary.com because I had no idea myself and according to it:
t-bagging- When one person has their nuts in another person mouth.
They call this T-bagging because it's like you do a tea bag up and down.
hmmm. I can't believe people actually come up with names for this kind of stuff. What is this world coming to?!?!?
