March 24, 2007 Failure to Pay after Services are completed
By - See my reviews

I have also learned the hard way by taking on a job with Chris Nallan and performing some work for this individual, after numerous calls and several trips to his house which is located at 2512 Narin Way in Gilroy, CA, he has failed to pay me for the work which has been completed.

contact the dept. of labor standards and enforcement board.

i had a similar issue with a non-paying employer when i gave my two weeks when i was pregnant. Its a long process with the labor board..but well worth it..i was paid for my time worked..(that he didnt pay me for) he paid me penalities for NOT paying me on time..and he also ended up having to pay me for each day/week that he didnt pay me(after i should of recieved my pay)..he ended up paying me for like 3 months out plus all the fines and penalities..plus my wages from when i was working.

It was all worth it!

I strongly suggest that you report this to your local offices of Wages and Hours. Generally, if you can't find that office, just cal the unemployment office nearest you and they can direct you. I also suggest you see an attorney immediately.
