I usually choose by the length of the answer. If someone took the time and effort to answer my question i will choose them. I dont choose by if they have the sane opinion because if i do then what was the point of asking the question? I also choose (sometimes) on how strong of an opinion they have about the question.

Most times, it's the one that shows the answerer has most 'got' what I'm getting at.
Usually this is also an answer that goes into a bit of detail. Though I've chosen a few one-liners that made me go *wow* they really 'get' me!
Whether I agree with what they say is usually less important than whether it's well presented. Though it kinda depends on the question.

Sometimes I pick the answer that is the funniest or makes me think. If I'm asking a serious question, I pick the answer that provides the most information about the topic.

Depends on the nature of the question actually. I have picked a couple answers I disagreed with bc they were good answers. I like it when someone puts humor into it, especially when every answer is the same.

It depends on the question. If I am asking a serious question, I choose the one that most understands my question, and helps me to make the point I am trying to make. If I am asking a silly question, I still look for the one that "gets it" the most, and makes me laugh! Sometimes my questions have a secret message, and I will not elaborate any further on that! *sm*

I don't ask many questions. When i do, I look for the answer that gives me the information I need in short, simple terms. Long drawn out answers i don't even read.

funny or serious, just looking for a little thought and/or effort.....not people who just answered for the 2 points....you can tell the difference. one person asked which is better blow dryers or straighteners?, this question got tons of answers, all from females.....one male wrote " you have got to be kidding" to funny. something that catches you off guard. and it's nice when people star you question.

I base it on who took the time to actually read my question and answer it to the fullest. If it's not a serious question I choose based on the humor or creativeness of the answer.

It depends on what I'm asking... I want to see how much a person puts into their answer. Not a bunch of paragraghs, but a well- thought- out one.
