I have tried everything, from scrubs to popping, to salycic acid stuff. Any HOME remedies that would work on these annoying red, inflamed, whiteheads on my forehead. Of course, I need some flaws or I would be to wonderful to live with *just kidding*, but these zits are getting on my last nerve.
bashers will be reported repeatedly.

Go into a steam room or a room where it is warm, humid, and opens up your pores. Stay in the room for at least 10 minutes, and then go straight to washing your face: First- Grab your favorite face-wash and lather it all over your face, Second- Wait for about 1 minute before washing it off, This triggers the ingredients in the face-wash, Third- Use warm distilled water and rinse off your face with a clean, damp towel. Repeat for about 5 days and it should "banish".
Hope this helps!!!!!! ;D

Try a spot treatment with Salicyclic acid in it, or benzoyl peroxide is a good second choice. (Clean&Clear or Neutrogena). But 2% will do it... 10% scientifically doesn't work any better, but tends to dry out skin and make it peel.
You seriously see results in a day or two!

good question...i in my view tried that, and it particularly works....for slightly. it rather is going to dry ur face thoroughly. And leaves scars bc it burns your pimples. What i've got stumbled directly to paintings is take baking soda, placed it in a field, placed water in it until eventually at last evidently like paste. then you definitely rub on your face like a face mask. bypass away on approximately quarter-hour. Rinse, pat dry, then placed a tablespoon of lemon juice on your face. keep that on. could experience a sprint stiff yet ull see a distinction in a week. good success :)

i would suggest that you visit a dermatologist..they are the ones who can give you something to clear the pimples and keep it under control..many times its not just a one time thing its a problem...if you don't think its a problem.. there is mineral wear make up in the market find one that work they usually help cover up redness and are not very oily when applied, keep the oil under control sometimes too

Toothpaste overnight on the problem area actually works.
You won't see immediate results, but it will help majorly.
The size and redness will go down.

Then theres sleeping with a face mask on.

Wash your face, avoid cheese, sausages, other oily foods, and keep a damp cloth on your forehead for an hour every night. if this doesn't work, use ProActive.

Blemishes are a growth of bacteria on the skin. it can spread from one site to another easily (Especially if you pop them). Many things cause them also; a dirty face, a dirty pillow, leftover make-up, Dirty brushes and makup applicators, sensitivity to makeup or fragrance, even hairsprays and gels. If you have bangs you may want to sleep with them up off of your face with a head band. Aso try covering your face with a towel when you spray your hair or apply gel. Try this process for two weeks to give your face a break from the bacteria spreading..

Gather the following items:
-28 cheap white washcloths or 28 disposable face towels(unscented and can be made of cotton)
-Witch hazel
-cotton pads
-Cetaphil soap(sensitive)
-Cetaphil moisturizer(sensitive)

Day 1(MORNING):Clean your face in the morning with a small amount of Cetaphil Soap and hot water only, Submerge face towel in hot water and apply to face and allow to soak for several minutes. Apply soap to clean fingertips only and wash face and rinse thouroughly. Dont be rough-remember light touch! You can follow with a cotton pad of witch hazel applied to the face and neck.

Day 1(EVENING): Clean your face with a new face cloth (every time) and hot water only; submerging towel into water and washing face lightly-same as morning but with no soap. Follow with a cotton pad of witch hazel applied to face and neck.

Day 2(MORNING): Clean your face using a new towel (every time) allowing the towel to stay on your face and soak for a few minutes. Follow with a cotton pad full of witch hazel, applied all over the face and neck.

Day 2(EVENING): Clean your face with a new towel, allowing the towel to remain on your face for several minutes and soak. This will remove any leftover oils or dirt from your face. Follow with a cotton pad of witch hazel applied all over the face and neck.

Day 3(MORNING): Follow (Day 1) program using cetaphil soap on clean fingertips,a new towel, and allow the towel to soak on your face. Follow with a cotton pad of witch hazel applied to the face and neck.

Day 3(EVENING):Follow (Day 1)Program for evening.

Day 4:Follow (Day 2) Program for morning and evening.

Day 5: Follow (Day 1) Program for morning and evening.

Day 6: Follow (Day 2) Program for morning and evening.

Day 7: Follow (Day 1) Pragram for morning and evening.

Repeat process for week 2 alternating (Day 1) and (Day 2) programs for morning and evening.

The point of this program is this cleansing the face of bacteria with clean towels. After the towels are dirty wash them in bleach to sanitize them.

The witch hazel has rtestorative properties and will help with swelling and kills bacteria as well. Witch hazel can also be placed into the fridge and applied cold to give your face a pep. Used under the eyes it reduces morning bags under the eyes.

Cetaphil soap is very mild and should be applied with clean fingertips and not overly lathered.Use just enough to cover the skin and dont scrub in. This will irritate your skin and wash off natural oils--inevitably drying your skin, and fooling it into creating more oil on its surface.

Alternate days using soap one day nothing the next. If you have extremely oily skin, you can use soap every day. Follow with Cetaphil moisurizer for sensitive skin..but only a small amount. If you have extremely dry skin use it every other day followed by Cetaphil moisturizer for sensitive skin. Cetaphil is a dermatologist tested and referred brand. It is mild and fragrance free. It can be bought at Wal-Mart or retail stores.

A common myth about oily skin is that a strong cleanser is needed to wash the face. Oily skin needs moisture and can break out when too dry causeing deep painful blemishes. Dry skin can react the same..

I suggest you try this system for 2 weeks..If it doesnt work then you don't need to contact a dermatologist for a stronger system. Remeber stronger is not neccesarily better and you may just have bacteria on the surface of your skin.
