Not a parent yet so after I finish college and am happily married I would say around the age of 26.

I'm not a parent, but I think 28 to 35 range. that way you're older and wiser. younger than that and you haven't really discovered who you are yet. I think over 40 is too old. The kids are just weird then. think about it! most of the weird kids when I was in school had old parents! i bet if you really think about it you'd say the same ting.
