They used a lot of classical music in the cartoons. One episode in particular was called "What's Opera, Doc?" and it featured a lot of music from Wagner's Ring of the Niebelung opera. It was really funny.

Richard Wagners's The Ring is my favorite. They did so many classical pieces over the years. These toons will never go out of style. Not even after 100 years.

Lots of different ones, but The Barber of Seville is a favorite. I can still see Bugs in his barber outfit massaging Elmer Fudd's scalp. Ah, those were the days...

"Long Haired Hare" makes heavy use of "Largo Al Factorum". I can't listen to that song any more without picturing Bugs Bunny.

I think they also used the music from the Overture to Rossini's "William Tell."
