Now that I'm in my 20's, I'd like to know how I should take care of my skin. Should I start doing light peels, using anti-aging creams and the like?

anti-aging?! nooo, you're 20 you don't need it. but yeah, take care of yourself, use a tonic and a good cream. personally, I hate night creams because I fell my pores can't breath, but maybe night cream works for you. try a couple of product before you settle at one. see what makes you shine ;)

ideal nutrition and workout. no smoking the two and use a sunscreen 365 days around. exfoliate gently as quickly as each week and use a easy moisturizer at night (i like to place vaseline under the eyes). deal including your epidermis genuine, that's comfortable fairly under the eyes (dont exfoliate that!) in line with possibility as quickly as a month get a microdermabrasion and a peel at a salon (one hundred money or much less).

I would not recommend using peels. Use a cleanser, toner, moisturizer with SPF. Might want one for night time as well.

you need to moisturize, but the most important thing for you is sunscreen. If you do that now you will be thankful 30 years down the road.

its the sun thats going to hurt you the most.

Go to the Clinique counter or a spa and ask them.
