i am starting a new league and was wondering what is the best way to set up the scoring

If you have at least 10 teams I suggest a rotisserie league. If you're just beginning go with the Yahoo 5X5 defaults.
I don't like head to head, but that's my preference.

Head-to-head is better than points any day. Then it just depends on what kind of stats you as a fan prefer. If you go with the Yahoo defaults, that works, but you can also put your own touches in there, like K/BB for pitchers, and OPS for batters.

we have custom settings but dont like them and want to go back to the default ... how do I get them back to default ... or find the default?
