I love reading! I'm just re-reading Lord of the Rings, hadn't read that one since high school. Also I read the Dutch promotional book from 'reader's week', every year the bookstores have a week they promote Dutch literature and when you buy a book you get a small book as a gift... it's by Geert Mak, 'the bridge', and is a travel/non-fiction story about the various tradesmen doing business on a large bridge in Istanbul. I don't think it's been translated in English (yet?) but it's been published in Dutch and Turkish.

The Most Wanted by Jaquline Mitchard!!!! I've read it 10 times and I bought it, and every person Ive loaned it to loved it. Its a great story and you don't think it would be good, but at the end it touchs your heart and soul. Its the best book Ive ever read!!! *** This is alos the same author that wrote The Deep End of the Ocean*** I really hope you read it, I don't think you will be disappointed at all. Hope this helps!!!

I'm not a fan of reading, it usually takes me a month to read a book, BUT i've been head over heels for one!
More Tales of Prix the Pilot. by Stanislaw Lem is spectacular (its sci-fi but i usually hate those books) He also has Solaris which is his 'best' book
Also there is the Alchemist, this is a great book and a bestseller
If u want political books read the Prince
all the best, let me know if there are any good books u've read

I read Dancing on the Edge, by Han Nolan. It's about a girl who was born from a woman who was already dead, a Miracle, and that becomes her name. Miracle lives with her father and psychic grandmother, until one day when her father goes missing, his clothes in a pile in the floor, as if he melted through them. Miracle and her grandmother move in with her grandfather, who pays for her dance lessons she has to keep secret from her grandmother (later in the book you find out why). When her grandmother finds out about them and forbids her to dance, and her grandfather has a heart attack, Miracle begins to feel lost and alone, and begins to think she's not a person, especially after someone says "If your mother was dead before you were born, then you never was born". To see if she is a real person, she lights herself on fire, trying to melt away like her father. In the hospital, she learns the truth about her mother, her father, and most of all, herself.
Dancing on the Edge has an amazing plot, clever quotes, and is outstandingly written.
