I asked this question previously but I feel I did not put in enough details about my situation. I am a nervous male and I have not had any girlfriends yet. There is a girl at school I want to ask out. I have one half an hour class with her, we know each others names, but I am not a close friend with her. My biggest problem is I want to ask her out, but she is already asking another of my close friends out. As far as I know, he has not decided if he wants to go out with her or not. Should I talk to him and see if he actually wants her or should I talk to her first?
What should I do?

She obviously likes your friend. Talk to him & see how he feels about her before you ask her out.

ask him first, he's the one the girl digs. If he's gonna reject her, then you can give it a shot.
If you're dumped, it's OK. You're young, you'll find someone.
