Not for the basic membership where you pay per video but they have month memberships for movies and games that cost around $20 depending where you live.

If you're talking about in the store, the basic membership is totally free. I don't know if there's an additional fee for games, as I don't get those ever. There is also the Rewards program which costs $10 per year which I think is well worth the price. Monday through Friday, when you rent any movie, you get a non-new release for free. For every 5 paid rentals in a calendar month, you get a coupon for a free movie. Also, you get a coupon for a free non-new release every month. So, look at the potential for free movies and you'll see the value of the Rewards program. Since joining, I've paid for less than half of the movies I rent.
If you're talking online rentals, there's the Blockbuster Total Access program, which has three packages. $9.99 per month for one rental out at a time, $14.99 per month for two rentals out at a time and $17.99 for three rentals out at a time. If you're unfamiliar with online rental programs, the way it works is this: you build a queue of the movies you'd like to rent. You will receive up to three movies in the mail within a couple days. They may not necessarily show up in the order they appear in your queue because of availability issues. You take as much time as you want to watch the movies, When you return the movies in the postage paid envelope provided, more movies from your queue will be shipped out. Now, with Blockbuster's Total Access program, you can return the online rentals to a store and immediately be able to check out up to three movies from the store for free. With rentals acquired at the store, you must abide by the store's usual rental agreement. The store will log that the movies you rented online are checked back in, then ship the movies back for you. Blockbuster Online will ship out the next movies in your queue right away, without having to wait until they receive the previous rentals in the mail. So with Total Access, you can actually have up to 6 rentals at one time.
This is probably a lot more information than you were really looking for, but I thought you'd like to know your options. No, I don't work for Blockbuster. I've just had years of experience with the company.
