if you talking about a sudoka puzzle it just takes time and analyzing where each number fits in the grid remember none of the grid has the same number in it or the same line has the same number, If you have a DS Lite you might want to get a Sudoka Mania it helps beginners by highlighting your mistakes.

And if the future you might want to use spell check

1. you have to have the #1-9 in a row up and across and box.
2. the #1-9 cannot be in the same row and box.
3. it takes some thinking, but its pretty easy.
4. just make sure that there is one of each number in each row and box.
5. you can't use the same number twice. only once. don't forget that.

u dont have the same #in the same line twice
