ok a fancy this boy whos 15 im 14 but we are in the same year sometimes when i talk or look at him he smiles or turns red a bit but if i frown at him or look blank he would do the same thing, we never talk he knows i fancy him but im too shy to speak to him but all we say really is hi occasionally. anyway how do shy guys act around or show girls that they fancy 'em or if he knows and everyone knows i fancy him and he doesnt talk to me and gets embarrassed or something. can you like someone as a mate and get shy of them. this boy once came to my house wid his parents coz he was invited by my dad but we didnt talk the only thing we said was hi and bye but he looked really nervous when he ws sitting opposite me, sometimes when i look at him he looks back or sometimes he just looks straight but not at me and he only talks to me when necessecary and he helps me sometimes with things i cant do well, we speak on msn and his friends embarrass me in front him he just smiles or doesnt do anythin

Sounds to me like this huy has got the hots for you...Being the age that you are it is very difficult not to be shy as you just started discovering yourself. The thing is you will get nowhere if nobody says anything. Why dont you speak to him..seeing that you chat on msn, why dont you see what music and interests you have in common?..then when he comes over next time you can just take it from there...You will see time to come you will be more comfortable around each other..just take it slow and enjoy the experience of falling inlove!

Sounds to me like he's very nervous and shy. Boys mature later than girls and he may not be wanting a "girlfriend" yet, just maybe be his friend for now and don't rush this. If he likes you he'll come around. Good Luck:)
