I really have a constant urge to urinate.
It's not as bad whem im sitting down but as soon as i stand up it becomes 10 times worse.
I feel like this even when my bladder is empty.
Any ideas what it could be?

if you are male, you could have a bladder or kidney infection or prostate infection caused by bph, or benign prostatic hypertrophy. if you are female, you can have urinary tract infections which cause this. kidney and bladder stones can affect both sexes.

Very likely it is a urinary tract infection. It could also be a bladder or kidney stone issue of some type. Or possibly a prostate issue.
See the doctor.

If you have a frequent urge to urinate and have a hard time going each time, you could have BPH or an enlarged prostate (Avodart). If this is just frequent urination without problems going then it is overactive bladder (Detrol LA). I recommend seeing your doctor to determine which one of these prescription medicines that you need. Hope this helps.

Enlarged prostate (assuming you're a guy) or a urinary tract infection. Both can make you feel like you need to urinate. No self cure for either. See a Dr. if you can, Dear.

It is probably urinary tract infection , may be also prostatic issue , you need to go to doctor , for evaluation and treatment

YOU COULD HAVE A URINARY TRACT INFECTION GO TO THE DOCTOR .
