Whatever you do don't ever wear a tube top. Try tops that have patterns, ruffles or something bold to take the attention away from your chest. Also try different types of bras (that can help alot too).

alot of light summer clothes work best if you are flat chested since you dont need as much support, so backless halter tops, or low cut v or scoop neck tops can be very flattering.

These days, smaller breasts are considered cute in itself. You can wear almost anything, as long as you feel great in it then it is flattering on you. I would search for pictures of Debra Messing (Grace on Will & Grace), she is smaller chested; I would see what flatters her and buy tops that are similar in style. If they look good on her then they will most likely look good on you! Good luck!

I do believe that flat chested people are suppose to wear, collared tops, or t-shirts.
Just try to avoid anything that is low cut.
it will only make you look flatter.
