well neither, unless you have a very large tank for them, or you get one of the varieties that stay really small, most get to be 18-24" I'd do with a snail instead if you're looking for an algae eating addition. even the smaller suvker fish need a fairly large tank.

It depends on the size of the tank and what kind of suckerfish. There are thousands of different kinds of suckerfish.
