i need to run windows vista restore disk how do i do it?

Reboot your computer with the disk in the CDROM/DVDROM drive. Quickly, look around THE FIRST SCREEN. somewhere therv should be 2 sentences in a
button = something format. press one of those buttons, i forgot which. it is usaully f2, esc, or f12.
Now, select DVDROM/CDROM drive with your arrow keys.
Follow the onscreen instructions.
