What info do i need, where is it and where do i enter it. Please help!

just put the game in go to multiplayer and select xbox live do not go to split screen and if it doesn't work make sure you have xbox live gold and not silver since silver doesn't let you play games online gold does and the info is only needed on a few game it will probally be your email and maybe your name that's probally it and to put in the info the game will ask for you to put in the info if you bought the card you need to redeem it if you bought online then just do as i already said

To redeem the code, simply go to the Xbox Live Marketplace, click redeem code, and enter the 16-digit code found on the back of your membership card. After entering this, sign out of Xbox Live, then sign back in.
After doing this, make sure the game you are playing is Xbox Live Compatible- It should say "Online Multiplayer" on the back and "Xbox Live" on the front of your game. If there is neither of these, your game is not Xbox Live compatible. However, if it is, insert your game into the disk tray, select an option of "Multiplayer" or "Online", choose your options, and have fun.

If you mean the Xbox 360 you will get a card posted to you from the website you ordered it off and then you need to go to Xbox Live Marketplace and click redeem and enter the code under the scratch off panel and there you go its setup.
