Download the BitTorrent, and then look in google for naruto torrents, then it will appear if is dubbed or in English. Download the naruto torrent, take it and drag it to the BitTorrent. Another thing you could do is download Limewire, or Ares. You could find and download free a lot of episodes dubbed from naruto.

It's going to be harder now to find Naruto episodes (or any anime, for that matter) on video sites. It seems YouTube has especially cracked down on anime episodes (e.g., uploads of Shippuuden episode 005 were only up for about 30 minutes before YouTube cleaned house).
I strongly urge you to give subtitles a shot. Viz Media is a lot better than 4Kids in terms of leaving anime as they are, but they still edit out some things, most notably blood. The dialog is also translated differently and some parts are even left out. When Yashamaru commits suicide, the original has him saying, "This is it. Please die." Viz edited out the "Please die" part, because they felt that an uncle saying that to his nephew was a bit too over the top. I don't want to spoil anything for you, but Viz will definitely be doing some major

Most of the dubs you find someplace else come from this group. The episodes are usually up the next day after they air as well.
