Prepaid would have to be Vrgin, then T-mobile then Cinugualr in that order.
I recomed you check out there sites to see wich is best. If your a heavey talker Virgin will be your best bet

the cheapest prepaid carrier will be t-mobile, because they have really cheap phone. nokia 6030 which is running about $29.99 online include with $10 credit for prepaid use and they also give you $25 bouns for each preapid phone you buy. the best part is you can just refill $100 and they give you 1000mins with 1year expiration. when other carrier usually give maxiums 6 month expiration.
