I have him on my fantasy team but I'm not sure whether to put him as a starter or reliever.

Jake Woods will be a middle reviver for the start of the season if they need a 6th starter then he will be put in as it but there are no plans for him to be a starter at this point of the season but keep track of it i don't think that H. Ramirez, J. Weaver and M. Batista can be trusted as good reliable starters that can give you 6 innings at least one of them will fall in the 1st month of the season so be ready to make a move but for now i would drop him for a different starter/'/

He is a reliever.
The Mariners currently have Washburn, Hernandez, Batista, Weaver, and Ramirez as their starters now.

Sorry, but if you have that guy on your team, you may as well log off for the season now. That is a guy who should have been shifted over to the "Do Not Draft" column.
