Well, right now I feel sleepy, but, hon, it is normal to feel all those ways- or a big mixture of every possible feeling. Your feelings are your own and they are legitimate- no matter what you are feeling!
If you are sad a lot of the time, it's important to tell someone you trust.
Best wishes

I feel kinda sad.. I just broke up with my first boyfriend yesterday. Talking about it seems to help.
We realized that we were too young and that it wouldn't work out. I'm glad to till be friends with him =), but i'm sad to have brokenup with him =(
at least i know he's not gonna run to the nearest girl and replace me with her, but yeah. me sad, but happy. I'm not sure which emotion is great, it's just kind a mix of both (check out my most recent question and you'll see).
It feel kinda bad because I was going to kiss him. I was seriously going to share my first kiss with him... but no =/
oh well, there are plenty of boys out there, but i'm not gonna be dating againt for a while. I'm gonna wait until i'm old enough and ready, like I should have in the first place.

I'm a mix of everything. I have a wonderful husband, 3 beautiful kids, Home owner, drive a sport car, but there seems to be something missing. And the worst part is. . . . I don't know what it is and it makes me miserable. Maybe I'm the one that should be asking questions??? HA! HA!
