Kids are a size & a half off in numbers, when actually equal in size. For example: A kids size 5, is a women's 6 1/2. Kids sizes are the same as mens on a lower scale. A kids 5, is really just a man's 5.

The difference between women and girls size is that the Girls sizes stop at 4.5 and Women sizes start from 5 & up.
The differnce lies in boys-men sizes compared to the girls-woman sizes. The female sizes are about 2 sizes smaller than male sizes
Like for example I wear women size 5 & I buy tennise shoes in boys size 3 (much cheaper).
A women size 7 is equivilent to men size 5 or 5.5

The difference is that woman's size shoe is definately bigger, but it just depends on what size the shoe is and how small ur feet are, sometimes.

It is a BIG difference though.
I bought some hockey skates recently on ebay, turned out to be kids size 11
half size maybe
