Ok, i am freaking out, i am a third year psychology student, its the fourth week of the semester and the amount of work just made me feel sooo stressed out, its so hard to concentrate and i feel quite lost with the course (and we are not even tackilng main assignments yet!!!)that i chanced my enrolment to part time studies, that means i only have to deal with half of the study load, it will take me however two years to finish rather than just one. i dont think i am physically and emotionally fit to tackle third year fully, i have back and weight issues that i need to address and have been diagnosed with mild depression, i am currently working on these things but it just feels there is not enough time to study. I feel very guilty though, i know plenty of people manage to juggle study, work , children etc and i also feel stupid for not being able to keep up with the work. I guess my question is, should i have kept the full time load, do you think i am being too easy on my self?

you need to talk to a school counselor. They deal with that particular situation all of the time. Plus, they know the load of your course study better than anyone on YahooAnswers. Please, talk to one of them.

It would be better to go part time and do well, than full time and do badly. You might also try to figure out, maybe with the help of the school counseling and/or learning office what might be the trouble, do you have an undiagnosed learning difficulty or time management issue? If you do, there is nothing wrong with that and help is available. I had undiagnosed ADHD, and until college I did well. I hit college, big classes and lots of time to study and bam! the grades went down and I got depressed cause I felt like I couldn't do it. To date, my college grades are lower than either high school or graduate school. I couldn't hold a job and work, which bothered me cause a lot of people could and as a result I had to borrow more money. I look back now though, and I did the right thing, I could not do both. BTW: I have a Master's and am about to start my PhD.

The best thing for a person to do when they feel overly stressed is to do what it takes to relieve that stress. If the extra year to graduate doesn't bother you, then I would say you made the right decision. Trying to tackle too much at one time might just prove to be harmful to yourself and/or your grades. Not everybody is the same when it comes to how much stress they can handle in their lives, so try not to compare yourself with other people who take on a lot of responsibilities. You're doing what's right and best for YOU, not anybody else.

particularly of purely about all those complicated exams that don't stand up to repeatable self sustaining retesting, purely produce evidence that shows astrology does extra advantageous than random risk. On something. not perhaps, yet purely and clearly. Can that ever be performed? Edit: Yeah my random risk element returned. I do want to "shop It undemanding stupid" whilst plausible. which would be unable to artwork right here. some thing that's so genuine and useful. Why does not the evidence stand out? Edit: Is it plausible to return up with a attempt that the two astrologers and scientists can agree on? What variety sorting out is accomplished via astrologers? Are there any "astrologer based sorting out" that has been revealed for assessment? What would nicely be utilized as "controls", a considered necessary area of any style of attempt?

You didn't give up.

You plan on finishing.

If your situation changes, you can take additional classes or go back to full time.

It also probably only improves your GPA...
