That's funny... It's kind of giving up against immoral practices. You can't stop flesh trade, legalize it. If you can't stop robbery, legalize it. If you can't stop rapes, legalize it. If you can't stop murders, legalize it.
Don't you think we must fight back such immoral acts instead of giving up?

It is not a question of whether it is good for culture. This is already happening, so it is part of Indian culture. Just by keeping something illegal does not keep it out of culture.
Since prostitution has become such a large part of our culture, the government should legalise it for health reasons; and also for the sake of the welfare of the sex workers themselves.

Prostitution should be legalized everywhere! After all it is "The OLDEST Profession", is it not? I don't see why whores shouldn't have to pay taxes like the rest of us!!
It is in ALL cultures whether legal or not, may as well let it generate revenue for India.

Yes, prostitution should always be legal. It would stop many potential rapists and as long as is regulated by the government to prevent STDS is okay.

i guess regulating it might male safer. Its a tough call. I guess check out vancouver canada and amsterdam holland.
