We would become insane if we didn't have any senses.
An experiment was done about 25 years ago where psychologists bound a volunteer's entire body so that she could feel nothing, see nothing, hear nothing. After only a few hours she began to hallucinate, her mind started to go crazy. They had to end the experiment early because of the danger to her mental health.

Can we? yes, its possible. Do we? Well, if you believe that the essence of man is in his ability to rationalize and that reason is independent of experience, then individual men can still exist (which is what I assume you mean by "we"). If it is not the case that man is defined by things independent of sensible stuff, then a physical object would perhaps exist, but there would be no man. Also, you could even contest the existence of that physical object if this condition was universal and there was no perceiving being.

We couldn't experience life as we know it nor exist in the sense of who we are now. We could still exist by being in another state or level of reality, similar perhaps to dream state. I suspect it would be like we are before and after we are born and die.
The senses are they way we experience the outer world but the outer world isn't the only experience we have. In the dream state we are using inner senses rather than outer senses and we have a "sense" of our own existence in dreams.

You aren't the 1st to ask this question. French philosopher, mathematician, scientist and writer René Descartes pondered this. Descartes was suspicious of the senses, and wanted to study problems He decided without any senses we would still have thoughts, and as long as we can think, we exist. Hence the famous quote, "I think therefore I am." There is a decent article. Link below:

No, I think that we can not exist without senses...we perceive the world through senses...We need senses to stay alive, to integrate in society, to develop relationships, to take actions of different types...Imagine you are a plant...would you be able to think?
We are not plants, we think, we taste, we touch, we feel, we hear, we smell, we move around...without these we cannot survive...

i should think we would still exist.i mean in some way or another we would still inherently affect our surrondings, would we not? inanimate objects have no senses, yet they dont pop into some quantum physics style state of non existence, right?to top it all off, keep this in mind."i think, therefore i am"maybe the thing we humans call"mind" is what truly exemplifies existence.just a thought...

Many of us do have to exist, with less access to the senses than others who are privileged with the gift of their senses. Think of the deaf, dumb and blind! It doesn't get any less than that! You exist as a source of energy, regardless of your senses or not! We are each pin-points of energy, existing within our own individual microcosms, as part of a greater functioning macrocosm of limitless energy!

You would exist to OTHERS, but without your senses you would have no concept of self. Thought is a product of your senses.

Are you limiting "senses" to mean the usual five? In that case, I think the answer is yes.

All living things have some kinds of senses, which allow them to react to their surroundings. Such senses are of tremendous "survival value" to living things.
If we had no senses whatsoever, we could not react or adapt to our surroundings, and would thus find it pretty difficult to survive at all.
