Everyone will die someday, death is the cost of life.
No matter what you tell people, they already know they are mortal, and are living their life as they already do.
Now you tell me that my someday will be tomorrow, chances are I would take steps to ease any potential burdens on my loved ones, I'd damn sure log off and enjoy the real world. but the fact is that while we all know 'someday' is coming, we also choose to ignore it feeling that our someday is 40-50 years away, and of no consequence to our life today.

Every single person you are looking at is going to die. The good thing is that on Resurrection Morning God will return and bring His reward for us with him. You just don't know from moment to moment who will be with you in the evening. An accident is an unforeseen event. Just last week we were driving down the road and a tire flew off another car and hit ours. The airbags were deployed and the car is no longer working. Could have been worse if it had been a large truck tire. You just never know huh.Mmm

Well, no. Anyone could die any day... any moment for that matter. I could die in a minute from now. I won't stop taking my life for granted because I never did.
Life is just the process of dying, honestly. It will happen inevitably. Deal.

ummm... I hate to tell you.
Most people are already aware that they are going to die.
and in most cases... It changes absolutely nothing either for the worse or for the better.
Death is not usually a deciding factor in daily activitites and behaviors until it get's close enough to stare you in the face... and then, it's too late anyway so what's the point of this exactly?
I do what I want, when I want, to and with whom I want because I have always had the balls to deal with circumstance and consequence.
That's all you really need I think? accountability and a decent sence of reality.

I think if parents taught their children the true reality of life yes...I think they would have a different and better outlook on life but parents teach their kids to live in a "throw away' society that if if something goes away..you simple just buy another one. I think people get hung up in this lifestyle and that if a husband or friend dies..they simple..just get another one. Its really sad and I don't think its a rare thing when someone appreciates their life for all it is.

well everyone will die "someday" so I dont think it really makes a difference if someone told me I would die someday because everyone already knows that. perhaps if someone told me you will die in ___ months or weeks or whatever then I probably would stop doing certain things.

I am puzzled with this question because you make it sound like there are those who don't die????
Even if that were so, no, I don't feel I should do anything differently.
Taking life for granted? No, I think everyone understands we are here for however long we are and we deal accordingly.

We all know that we are going to die, but the question is, do we accept that we are? If we truly accepted that we are, then surly we would live our life as if every day was going to be the last.

I already am keenly aware of my own eventual death, and I feel that I do live my life in a way which is directly influenced by my thoughts about dying.
