I don't want to give you names because it's more fun for the mother to pick a unique name for each child. Don't make the names sound alike, give them their own name they are not the same person so they should have completely different names, one that fits them. If it helps she can name them when she see them after they're born. You can make the names begin with the same letter though, my name, my two sisters' names and my brother's name all have the same letter. Our initials are all the same ( n.w.) if you don't count the middle initial.

Please don't name twins rhyming names or names with same letter. It's hard enough for kids to develop their own identity without being permanently attached to a twin. I know a woman who named her boys Steven and Stephen and those poor kids were messed up! Everyone called them both Steve so they were always confused. Obviously that's en extreme example but you see what I mean. If you always felt you were one of a pair and everyone always paired your names it would make life difficult.

I don't know what you consider old fashioned names so I can't make any suggestions there.
