There is a newer shopping center on Shellmound. There's great shops & restaurants.... Coach, Express, Steve Madden, PF Chang's, Starbucks, Cold Stone, Godiva.... lots more.

Or you can just hang out & walk around the Marina

Co wander around UC Berkeley, people watching on Telegraph Ave. The Hills above the city have some amazing views of the Bay.

there are many areas to see, fourth street, has the east bay vivarium, telegraph,is pretty busy, uc Berkeley, outlook up near tilden, . don't leave berkeley without a trip to the pier. or the rose garden which has a nice park across the street with a long slide . (locals slide down the slide with sitting on cardboard) there is actually alot to see depending on your level of activity.
