Does anyone know how to get hold of Newman & Associates in Georgia? got charged, no download as promised.?

I bought a software program and it does not download. I was charged for it and cannot get a phone number for this company. My emails are not returned. The help page they have is no help. Anyone know what to do?

I know a guy by the name of Alfred Newman, his motto is "What me worry"

Really check with the Secretary of State's office in Atlanta they will have the information needed.
