What makes you think we aren't already "awake" and see that Iran is a threat? OK, what do you propose "we" do? The rest of the world knows what Iran and all the other Muslim countries are like, but who wants to take the responsibility of trying to convenience a bunch of Hate driven Islamics, that there is a better way to live life, than battle. Are you suggesting the USA, attempt to do what we did in Iraqi? Well, look where that got us. When it got too hot in the kitchen, all but Britain and the USA, ran.

I think most of us understand that Iran is a threat to us as well as the rest of the non-muslim world. Iran is not capable of attacking us directly unless they do so in Iraq and then I would think other countries will respond accordingly. If they failed to do so then we would be justified in doing whatever we need to do to meet the threat.

The question you should ask first is why is the US getting involved in a civil war in a country 8000 miles away? There are at least 50 countries with dictators as bad as Iran. The purpose of the US government is not to be the policemen of the world. We have enought problems in our own country to take care of first. We should lead by example and not military might.

i'm extremely suspicious of those "earthquakes" that Iran have been having extremely in many cases, nuclear attempt long previous incorrect? the international already is conscious that a nuclear armed Iran does not be a sustainable concept because of the fact the full center east will sense the would desire to advance nuclear weapons to preserve themselves against Iran if the time comes, Israel and the U. S. does not enable Iran, as they have publicly reported, to have nuclear weapons with Israel asserting which will take military action to quit this from occurring, specific Israel have nuclear weapons, there is not any denying that yet they have by no skill, in assessment to Iran, threatened o "wipe out" yet another united states, particularly the U. S.. the international is conscious and the international is observing and considering its next pass.

Liberals and Democrats want to take the "Global Test" on Iran first. In other words they want to hurl several worthless and unenforceable UN Resolutions at them for years. If that fails they will only act after they see the Iranian Nuclear mushroom cloud over NY City.

Its strange how people have increasingly finds fault with our country and not with those who want to destroy us and has said so publically. They fail to see that he is an instigator and is just waiting for us or the Brits to attack.I say we have a nice bomb on a few just to take care of business,we dont have the man power for more wars..,but the bombs will definately do the trick and get the point across, its amazing how we dont have the back bone to do this any more..,I wished we had another President Reagan. We need one.

Until the Democrats run all branches of government, they will see Republicans as the greatest threat. Iran doesn't threaten their political power. Republicans do. Bush does.

Sure, potential threat. Why did Cheney refuse to speak with them when they sent diplomatic feelers via the Swiss after we went into Iraq? Is it because this admin is focused only on military solutions?

That's why the UN has sanctioned them.

An immediate threat that requires an invasion? It's going to be tough for you guys to sell that one again.
Fool me once, shame on. . . shame on me. . . you don't get fooled again.

Where, pray tell, are we going to get the manpower to go in there? Is there a troop factory somewhere we don't know about, or are we going to send the troops (who you all so preciously "support" with your magnetic ribbons on your SUVs) on their 3rd or 4th rotation in Iraq on to Iran?

Do you think one non- Bush apologist out there wants the US military to be in the middle east for the next 30 years?
