My daughter lives in an appartment complex. There is a small patch of grown up area behind her apartment. There is a next of them of over twenty or more. I would appreciate all the help we can get. Thanks

Snakes really dislike moth balls and sulfur. Some thing called snake a way that is basically sulfur or try the moth balls.

Belliger's right. The snakes are there for a reason and will help keep the rodent population down. Most garden snakes are not venemous and will only attack humans or larger animals like dogs and cats if the snake feels threatened and has no avenue for escape. I'd leave them be. You could catch and transport them but you'd have to go practically to another state to get rid of them and not have them come back.

Cats tend to chase most snakes off. Since its an apt complex have you tried complaining to them. Seems they wouldnt want the liability should someone get bit or hurt.

I suppose you can pick them up & place them into a bucket & move them.

Or you could just leave them as I suspect you'll have a lot less bugs, mice and other pests. Just remember they are there for a reason so if you move them, they may come back.
