It would really depend on who was involved. If caught doing something against it then yes. .

The Hippocratic oath is usually not legally binding -- it's too much a statement of intent and not enough specific rules.

Each medical licensing board does have its own set of specific rules, however, and violation of those could be grounds for loss of license. You'd need to file a complaint with the local board.

Nope.....it is only a paper, means nothing in a court of law or with most Doctors...$$$$$$$ is the only thing to them

At the least he'll get sued for malpractice. He might lose his license, too.

If he did something really bad (euthanasia, disregarding a DNR, etc.) then he very well may lose his license.
