Ok I am a hard core democrat and as liberal as I can get without sprouting wings. But I don't understand the big deal?
^The president appoints them and he can fire him. Doesnt matter the reason. He can fire them if they wear white socks with sandals right?

the reason that it is a big deal is because it is an opportunity for democrats to score political points. And the media is playing along as usual.

To the Democrats in Washington, it's not about that. It's all political. They are out to destroy Bush and everyone associated with him. The Clintonization of this party is complete.
