The stuff in the newspapers & magazines are nonsense... but a full astrological reading by an accredited professional astrologer is very real indeed...

what horoscopes say about personality is quite true, but it all depends on individual because there can't be only 12 types of personalities ...

yeah if put ur right birth details, u'll get the real horoscpe which only belongs to u, only thing u need is to consult an experienced astrologer
