I get my stereo put the speakers outside...and blare the hell out of them, I really have done it...and it worked! Oh I had a great time! But I would rather have a noisy neighbor than a nosey neighbor they R the worst!!!! I get them too!
Had a real old guy who lived next door, always trying to look in my yard, when I was laying out. So I just took my swimsuit off! I think he had a heart attack! LMAO!

I am the noisy neighbor. I always tell my neighbors to come to me if my family gets too loud. I can't tell if we're being too loud for them. I've never had any complaints for noise.

You go, very nicely, and ask them: Can you please keep the volume down?
If they don't listen to you, write them a letter. You better do things by the book otherwise, you will be in trouble.
Some neighbors are mean and loud! Be polite and civilized.

Not make a big deal about it :just let them know that they are a bit loud.

dial the non-emergency number, disguise my voice each time and make several different complaints on them. its funny to see them outside pointing at all the neighbors houses when the cops leave as they're trying to figure out who told on them.
