I got worried sometimes becouse he recently had operation for hernia and circumcision at the same time but doctor said its fine but i think i must ask you the same question do you think is it fine..........?

Well it depends on how long ago the circumcision was done. If the penis is still red and raw i would imagine it burns. Coat his penis in vaseline after every bum change. Like overly do it . Thats what the doctor recommended to me after my son had it done

I dont think it's fine either- you can try giving tylenol for the pain- my baby is 9 weeks and 10.6 pounds my doc said I can give her the full dose.
try A&D ointment on the would or break open a vitamin E capsule & spread that on- that works wonders for open wounds.
I would also look into changing doctors for him if you can.

It's normal after an operation like that... totally normal... and VERY painful. Putting amonia in any cut hurts like a sun-of-a-b*tch. Try to do what you can to ease the pain until it heals. Warm water helps, but also dependant on how your doctor told you to care for the wounds.
It's for this exact reason i don't believe in circumcisions. It's a brutal act to do it to a woman, why is it ok to do it to a man?

It depends on whether the injury has healed or not. If it hasn't healed then of course he is going to cry.
If it has been more than 7 days since you could visibly see the injury and you think it is healed then you need to go back to the doc.

you have to listen to your doctor if you don't trust him or don't feel comfortable with what he tells you switch drs.
you could try alittle tylenol(or whatever brand you use)for pain management
hang in there 18 yrs. is a very long trip.........good luck
