im a great father i dont have the money like she does but why can she get away with taking my kids from me

She might have a better lawyer than you. Sad truth of it is that also some judges tend to favor the mother over the father. What grounds is she using to have the court take the kids away from you?

Do you mean she is moving out of state, thus stopping you from seeing the kids, or is she not allowing you to see them, or what? To preserve your parental rights, you will probably need a lawyer to stand up for you. If you are divorcing, request joint custody, and put in the papers that no one can move so far away, that the other parent cannot enjoy parenting. So often, parents use the kids to "get back" at the other parent, this is so wrong on many levels. Having alot of money should not be the issue, the issue is allowing your children to see their father, it should be automatic, unless you are "chester the molester" or some other deviant. Get some legal help, and keep letting your girls know how much you care for them, don't give up, the kids deserve to see and be with their dad as often as possible.

It is PURELY the fault of an out of control government. And face it pal, there's NOTHING anyone of us can do to change it and there's no way we'll ever be able to use enough of our brains together to join forces.
In short, hope you get visitation.

This is a matter you will have to work out in court--if you are not abusive----you will be able to see your children

if she does not have custody then she has no right to just take them.
try to find a pro-bono lawyer.

Probaly she married you for your money ... Lots of woman do that .. i think you have the right to keep your girls ... just kill her and you will have your girls :D
