mate, im kinda in the same situation, my ex girlfriend came into the UK illegally, and i just cant get the evidence to prove it. Ever since she has come back all she has done is caused me hassle. I know it can be depressing at times but all you need is patience. What goes around comes around.. right?
Just take it easy, i'll talk to my sister who is a lawyer and i'll keep you updated. if you want you can mail me on rm_fever@yahoo.co.uk but as i said just dont worry. I'll deffently help you out cause i know what your going through.

You need physical proof. I am not sure of the situation, but the courts are not gonna go by hearsay alone. They need substantial proof, especially when children are involved

You have many weapons at your disposal in civil court. Lie detector tests are admissable evidence in civil court. A divorce attorney can demand many things, phone records, drug tests. Civil courts are nasty little arenas, you dont have to hold back, go after her with a passion
