try www.splitcoaststampers.com

it is a website for people who love to stamp especially using Stampin' Up! but you could use their ideas and make them your own using rubber stamps or patterned paper from your local craft store. You can search on there by theme, etc...

for wording how about:

Buttons and Bows
Fingers and Toes
Baby (name)'s on the way!
Come on over to celebrate
(mom's name's) Special Day!

I love the classy look of pink vellum on a baby invitation. Vellum is a sort-of see-through type paper available at Michael's/craft stores, and also Wal-Mart type stores. You can print a message directly on it, or printed the message on the card stock underneath it. Layer the card stock with the vellum on top, then punch 2 holes at the top of the invitation. Tie a pink ribbon through the holes (bow on top!) to attach the two papers together.

Wording is as infinite as Moms. I suggest looking online at www.invitationbox.com (or another stationery store) for possible wording & ideas. Be sure and list where your sister is registered.

One more idea: I've seen some pretty cute invitations with pics of the Mom's belly on them! Not all of her - just her tummy. That might be fun for a sister to do. ;)

Get white/ivory greeting enjoying cards that contain matching enveolpes (offered at AC Moore or different craft shop approximately 50 in pk) low priced. Fold card so it closes like generic, cut back a million/2 of the front off. Get petty pastel purple papers in the two dots, stripes etc and glue one print to the front and yet another print on the interior. glue in simple terms the perimeters closed so it varieties a pocket. Then print an invitation from cardstock at your house of abode pc. you may the upload a bow or different elaborations to the front~
