Well I'm not a medical school student myself, but perhaps you can try to visualize the huge paycheck that will come in about 5-10 years ;) Also, how about trying to form or get into a study group with your fellow classmates. And how about making up practice tests with the types of questions that the professor may include whether it's multiple choice, true/false, fill-in-the-blank or essay. Perhaps you can reward yourself for having studied 'x' amount of time such as a bubble bath, renting a movie that you've been wanting to see or going to the local bookstore and relaxing there. I can certainly understand how stressful it may be to be studying all of the time though perhaps if you also spread studying time out more and incorporate some breaks, you will have more motivation. Good luck!

You need to do something that relaxes you... go for a walk, exercise, spend some time with your friends, or just take a "day off" and lazy around your room.
It's like a writer's block. You have to do something else in order to be ready to study again.

Uhhhh...maybe just study at different times in the day. And not to much. Just do it a little at a time...maybe you can get something into your brain that way.

Sit yourself down and tell yourself that you can do it (its dumb but its a pysch work out it really works), its hard TO STUDY BUT LOOK INTO THE FUTURE and that should motivate you (it helps me)!
