I think its a wonderful form of dancing, graceful, elegant and extremely meaningful.
Rach, doesn't matter if ur white if u wanna learn go for it, I'm not Egyptian but i do belly dance as many of the girls I dance with are.

honestly, i think the standard for bollywood dancing, and movies in general has definately gone down. i mean, now it's mainly show a bunch of skin in skimpy inappropriate clothes and make everyone look as skanky as possible, it's disgusting! im just incredibly disappointed with all the bollywood film directors who think that their movies will be more popular if they include more sexual scenes and barely covered girls
there are a few rare good movies without all the wrong stuff and have actual dancing talent, but it's been getting harder and harder to find movies as good as what they used to be
plus, there are way too many remakes of american movies and unoriginal plots

1 it is choreographed hooch
Most of them know nothing about ballroom(females) the best female dancer on there is a professional Boxer. Two persons actually did a mambo that real people do . Retsonberger did a Quick step that any one can do ya.

I love it! Can't do it though! I love the hand gestures - I think they mean something. I also love the rhythym in it and the way the dancers keep smiling and wear fabulous clothes! I wish I wasn't so white sometimes, cos I'd like to do it too!

I really don`t like it. It does make a change from time to time but gets boring, and the movies so cheaply made.

It`s wonderfull, just magical...So lively, beautiful,merry, yet very elegant and sophisticated...I believe it requires great deal of shape...
