HA, pray to God. Stand up straight! The only thing you can do is hang from a pull-up bar and let you feet just hang. That way your back might straighten out more that is if it's not already. You might get one inch maybe.
Oh and if you want to go to the EXTREME. I saw on t.v. where a dwarf increased his height by a foot along with his arms. The doctors basically bolted a brace with a screw you can turn 3 times a day to his leg bone which would be 1mm each turn. Oh and after they attached the brace, they cut his leg bone in half, so it would heal up long enough for new bone to reform and then before it completely attaches, you would turn the screw 1 more millimeter. It took 3-4years to lengthen everything because not everything was done all at once because he had his thigh, calf, upper arm and forearm BONES lengthened. It was done in a hospital specialized in bone lengthening.

I saw a piece on TV once. They put sections of bone in the persons legs and the stretched them over a long period of time. But that is very extreme, costly and risky.

your 23 so i should think the chance of growing anymore are pretty slim but why worrie about hieght when you have got a life and living is more inportent i am not very big myself and living is more inportent than hieght so just live

Sorry its all genetics. My mother was 4'10", one brother is 5'4" the other is 6'3", and I am 5'11". You are blessed with what ever you height is.
