I need help re-locating this craft please???

i found the directions for this craft...it was a frog that you make out of paper and then attatch to a note pad...i found the directions on the internet, but now i lost them can't find them. can you PLEASE help me? i need them a.s.a.p.! tyvm!

If you're talking origami, which is the Japanese art of folding paper to look like all sorts of objects, do a search for origami frogs and see what you get..
