Because society and the media has convinced us that it's "important". And people are judged by how they look.

Because the rest of the world cares about how I look.
We say looks aren't important, but that's a huge lie, looks are everything. If you don't care about how you look you won't get anywhere in this world.

I care about how I look because I want to be healthy and beauty. When I look in the mirror, I want to feel happy about how I look and be confident.
I also want my pimples to dissapear because people will look at me and suggest me to use the products that they think it's right for me. I want them to complement on how my skin looks so clear and all that.

Why wouldn't they? Maybe they want to look neat, pretty, give a good first impression, etc.

its important
sometimes ur look can benifit ur health or furture
if u havent noticed some jobs dnt hire dirty looking ppl
and if u dnt look well.. then u culd get sick or somthing from bein dirty..
plus it makes me feel good
