In the listing you are looking at there is a place to "Ask Seller A Question. It is just below the sellers rating. eBay will send the question to the seller who will respond and eBay will forward the response to you.

If you have questions about one item that you watching on ebay,
first you need to sign in to ebay in order for you to ask questions to that seller,
After you sign in click on the "Ask Seller a questions" then you can ask your question. Or you can click on the Seller ID and that will take you to that Seller info page, where the seller feedback and on that page click on "Contact member" and you can ask any question too.
