whenever i get a contraction or i stand up i get a pinching feeling in my vaginia what does that mean?

i had this and talkeed to my doc and they checked my cervix and im 2 cm and 50% effaced i got the doc on tuesday to see if anything has changed because at that point i wass only 33 weeks. they said if i am sstill progressing they'll make me stop working

It means u might be having braxton hicks you could be dilating or the baby is moving his head down to get ready for the birth. My suggestion would be to make a doctors appointment and get a stress test which is basically to see how the baby is fairing during the contractions and pinching you are feeling. If u went into labor they would try to stop it unless u hit the 36week mark they consider that full term and then don't try to stop the labor.
